Steam Peeler

The Idaho Steel Products manufactured, Kiremko designed, steam peeler line is truly state of the art for peeling potatoes and other root vegetables. The automatic condensate removal system allows better steam penetration to the product surface. This allows shorter steam times and less peel loss, improving yield by one to two percent.
