Idaho Steel produces the only all stainless steel drum dryer in the food processing industry. It is designed and manufactured for years of top production.

Steam Peelers

The Idaho Steel Products manufactured, Kiremko designed, steam peel line is truly state of the art for peeling potatos and other root vegetables. The automatic removal system allows better steam penetration to the product surface. This allows shorter steam times and less peel loss, improving yield by one to two percent.

Blancher, Preheater, and Cooler

Idaho Steel Products design and manufactures, screw type Preheaters, Blanchers, and Coolers for the food industry. Years of experience coupled with high quality makes these componenets the industry leader.

Visionairs

The Visionair consists of a frame in which a fast-running belt is mounted. The processed product is evenly divided across the belt by means of an infeed vibrator and can also be aligned on the belt. One or more lighting systems provide good illumination of the product. Defects and foreign elements on the products are scanned and identified by means of line scan cameras.
